Watch Women Ministry

Watch Women Ministry is the women’s intercessory and empowerment arm of Crossroads of Life Intercessory Ministries (COLIM). This ministry gathers women who are called to stand as spiritual watchmen—women of prayer, faith, and purpose who are committed to seeking God and interceding for families, the church, communities, and nations.

Inspired by the biblical call to be watchmen on the walls (Isaiah 62:6–7), the Watch Women Ministry encourages women to cultivate a strong life of prayer, deepen their relationship with God, and grow in spiritual maturity. Women from different backgrounds come together in unity to worship, study the Word of God, and support one another as they walk in their calling and identity in Christ. Ministries like this often focus on helping women grow spiritually through prayer, discipleship, fellowship, and outreach while strengthening their faith and service to God.

Through regular prayer gatherings, teachings, mentorship, and fellowship meetings, Watch Women Ministry creates a nurturing environment where women are strengthened, encouraged, and equipped to fulfill their God-given assignments. It is a place where women learn to hear God’s voice, stand in the gap for others, and develop the spiritual confidence to serve faithfully in their homes, churches, and communities.

The ministry also provides opportunities for outreach and support, encouraging women to demonstrate the love of Christ through service, compassion, and acts of kindness. As women grow in prayer and unity, they become powerful instruments of transformation—impacting families, raising godly generations, and advancing God’s Kingdom.

Watch Women Ministry is not simply a gathering—it is a movement of women rising in faith, walking in holiness, and standing faithfully in prayer for the fulfillment of God’s purposes on earth.
